Finance & Business Analyst
About the Role
PT Vardhana International Pacific is looking for a Finance & Business Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with management to support business operations through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business insights. You will also be involved in evaluating projects and supporting strategic business decisions.
📍 Work Location: Muara Angke, North Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Analyze business and financial performance.
- Support budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor project performance and cash flow.
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting.
- Evaluate business opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with operations and other related departments.
- Support management in business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis is a plus, but not required.
