Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Subscription Billing
- Monitor aging reports and perform proactive debt collection, following up with clients on overdue payments via phone and email.
- Reconcile client contracts to ensure no service is delivered without being billed.
2. Accounts Payable (AP) & Procurement Support
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to verify that services received match the vendor's billings.
3. Expense & Petty Cash Management
- Process staff reimbursement claims (transport, meals, certifications) in compliance with company policy.
- Manage petty cash and ensure all office-related utility and administrative bills are paid on time.
4. Compliance & Administrative Support
- Support the annual audit process by providing the necessary documentation and schedules.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements
- Female
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- Technical Skills:
- Accurate (Accounting software) – preferable.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (08.00 – 17.00 WIB)
Employment Type: Full-Time
