Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance & Administration Staff PT. Generale Facility Sulution

We are seeking a Finance & Administration Staff to support the company's financial and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, processing Material Requests (MR), monitoring operational costs, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and process client invoices and vendor payments.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Manage and track Material Requests (MR) from operational sites.
  • Coordinate procurement documentation and supporting administrative requirements.
  • Prepare payment requests and maintain petty cash records.
  • Monitor project and operational expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and operational records.
  • Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Client representatives regarding billing and administrative matters.
  • Support payroll administration and attendance reconciliation when required.
  • Ensure all administrative and financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly archived.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
  • Experience in outsourcing, facility management, manpower services, or project-based companies is preferred.
  • Familiar with invoice processing, Material Request (MR), Purchase Order (PO), and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
