Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and administrative operations.
- Process payments, reimbursements, invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Prepare supporting documents for accounting and tax reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with external accounting and tax consultants.
- Support payroll administration and employee administrative records.
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain company documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and/or administration roles.
- Good understanding of finance administration and payroll processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
