We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team at PT Gapura Mas Logistics in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will play an important role in supporting the company’s financial operations through accurate reporting, accounting, and financial analysis. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Good written and spoken English is preferred, Mandarin will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in shipping, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta or nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records.
- Handle daily accounting activities including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve financial processes.
- Support audit and tax reporting activities.
- Participate in improving accounting systems and operational efficiency.
