Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance & Accounting Supervisor PT Ruby Pratama Logistik Indonesia
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting Staff with strong analytical skills to support the company’s daily financial operations.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Associate’s, Bachelor’s Degree, Or Master Degree (D3,S1/S2) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
3. Candidates with experience in public accounting firms or professional advisory firms are preferred.
4. High integrity: honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
5. Solid understanding of accounting and tax reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN, e-Faktur, tax returns)
6. Ability to prepare and submit tax reports independently
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas)
8. Experience with accounting software; CoreTax is an advantage
9. Knowledge of banking processes and payment administration (invoices, POs, vendor management, bank reconciliation)
10. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
12. Brevet A/B/C certification is an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely
2. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budget reports
3. Prepare cost and commission reports for each sales transaction
4. Manage tax calculations, reporting, and compliance
5. Maintain proper and organized financial documentation
