PT Westnet Global Solusi (Westnet) is a growing ICT startup based in Jakarta, specializing in Starlink internet services, CCTV systems, networking, and related technology solutions for business and residential clients. As a startup, we're building our core team from the ground up and looking for a dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to help keep our financial operations organized as we scale.
Job Description
- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on time
- Handle tax administration and reporting (PPN, PPh, and related tax obligations)
- Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly/quarterly reports, cash flow summaries)
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and clients on billing and payment matters
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration
Requirements
- Must be a fresh graduate holding a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field — this is a required qualification
- Basic understanding of taxation principles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability — this role handles sensitive financial data
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and open to wearing multiple hats
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus
