As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff who will support our daily financial and accounting activities and contribute to maintaining accurate and reliable financial records across the company.
Job Description
- Handle daily accounting and finance activities, including recording and verifying financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including monitoring outstanding payments and collections.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and perform regular reconciliation of financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily cash transactions.
- Assist with payroll-related calculations and payment processes when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in tax administration and ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, reimbursements, and other finance-related matters.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial documents and information.
- Ensure accounting and financial records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and monthly closing.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in a trading, retail, manufacturing, or fast-growing company is a plus.
