We are Junior Lab Indonesia, Science Education Center based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff who can manage financial operations, prepare accurate reports, and handle tax compliance (PPh & VAT), ensuring smooth day-to-day finance activities. To check our profile, find us at: Instagram @juniorlabindonesia
Job Description:
- Manage and record the company's daily financial transactions (receipts and expenditures).
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and verify bank statements with internal records.
- Supporting company tax administration, including withholding tax (PPh 21, 23, 4(2)) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Develop and monitor budgets, identifying variances between budget and actual.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and billing.
- Analyze profitability and performance metrics for individual courses or programs, providing insights for revenue optimization and cost control.
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a GPA of 3.60/4.00.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, including withholding TAX and VAT.
- Ability to work independently.
