Job Description :
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections
- Record and process incoming payments, and reconcile accounts
- Handle accounts payable processes, including verifying vendor invoices and preparing payments
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams and external
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting activities
Requirments :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably with exposure to operational accounting
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software(e.g., Xero), and Coretax
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
