Finance & Accounting Specialist

Liberty Society is looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist professional to handle financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and day-to-day operational finance. You’ll support operations across invoices, payments, inventory, vendor coordination, and stock opname.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record daily journals, manage AP/AR, and lead monthly closing.

- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank transactions.

- Monitor expenses vs budget with complete supporting docs.

- Maintain financial databases & resolve discrepancies.

- Support inventory management, deliveries & workshop logistics.

- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and efficiency insights.

- Create SOPs and assist with B2B costing, HR & legal admin.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting from reputable university

- Strong skills in bookkeeping, budgeting, Excel/Sheets, and financial analysis.

- High attention to detail, organized, proactive, and process-driven.

- Able to join immediately and work hybrid in BSD.

- Good command in english
