Finance & Accounting Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze and reconcile financial accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Manage cash flow reports and ensure proper monitoring of the company's financial liquidity.
• Handle and prepare tax reports in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with generally accepted accounting principles (PSAK).
• Maintain and update the company's general journal.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Provide clear and timely financial reports for internal management purposes.
• Ensure all financial transactions align with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Affairs (GA) team in managing financial operations, including petty cash, operational budget planning, and ensuring smooth daily transactions.
• Monitor and manage operational needs related to finance, including expenses and payments for company operations.
• Coordinate budget allocation for daily operational needs and ensure all expenses align with the approved budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation (Income Tax, VAT, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with the GA team to manage financial operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
