Finance & Accounting Officer — PT Kapit Mas | Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
About the Role
PT Kapit Mas is looking for Finance & Accounting Officers to strengthen our Finance, Accounting & Tax Department. This role is responsible for supporting daily finance and accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities.
As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you will work closely with Purchasing, Operations, HC, and other business functions to ensure financial transactions and supporting documents are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiar with General Ledger and month-end closing activities.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP is an advantage.
- Experience in a Manufacturing company is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and supporting tax documentation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
What You Will Do:
- Handle daily finance and accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording in the system.
- Process and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries accurately and on time.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Maintain complete, organized, and traceable financial records and supporting documents.
- Support General Ledger and month-end closing activities.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, reimbursements, and other financial documents before processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, outstanding documents, and other finance-related matters.
- Support the preparation of finance and accounting reports as required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial data within the ERP system.
- Support tax documentation and other Finance, Accounting & Tax administrative requirements when needed.
- Identify discrepancies or process issues and coordinate the necessary follow-up.
- Support continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls.
