Finance & Accounting Officer

Studia Academy is hiring!

We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Officer to perform end-to-end finance operations for our organization, including daily bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, and monthly financial closing and reporting. This role supports finance operations across our regional entities and requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliation processes
• Oversee payroll processing for staff across multiple employment types
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Review and verify expense reimbursements
• Lead monthly financial closing, including cash flow reporting and financial statement preparation
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and filings across relevant jurisdictions
• Maintain and improve internal financial tracking systems and processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance operations, ideally with payroll and AR/AP ownership
• Experience working with multi-entity or cross-border finance operations is a plus
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
• High accuracy and reliability in managing recurring, deadline-driven processes\Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
