Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting is often required
2. 3+ of experience in finance and accounting
3. Having experiences in services industry is a plus
4. Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements like balance sheets and income statements
5. A thorough understanding of accounting standards and procedures
6. Attention to detail for accuracy
7. Effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders, including management and investors.
8. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or errors.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
10. Have a good knowledge and practice about Tax
Responsibilities:
1. Execute bill payments and prepare invoices for clients
2. Preparing and maintaining general ledger entries
3. Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
4. Assisting with monthly and annual financial statement preparation
5. Participating in budgeting processes and analyzing financial data
6. Preparing tax returns and ensuring tax compliance
7. Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
8. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues
9. Working with other departments to gather information and ensure accurate financial data
10. Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
