Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Officer at PT. Premium Garansi Indonesia, located in Tanah Abang.
This position will support the Finance & Accounting Manager in handling daily accounting operations and financial reporting. The role is expected to take ownership of routine accounting tasks and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities, including:
- Journal entries
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Expense and reimbursement recording
- Prepare monthly closing schedules and support financial report preparation
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and supporting data
- Assist in tax-related matters (VAT / PPN, withholding tax / PPh)
- Monitor cash flow and support payment processing
- Support internal and external audit processes when required
- Coordinate closely with the Finance & Accounting Manager and other departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. pivot table, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to work independently under supervision and meet deadlines
- Experience using accounting software is a plus
