Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly lease accounting transactions
- Verify monthly payroll calculations and process timely BPJS payment applications.
- Maintain and update financial records, including fixed assets, liabilities, and monthly company expenses.
- Coordinate on a monthly and quarterly basis by providing accounting records, financial data, and supporting documents for tax filing and financial statement preparation.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of LKPM.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Indonesian taxation, especially VAT (PPN) and Annual Individual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting-related documentation.
- Able to communicate effectively in English or/andMandarin.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, payroll, or tax administration is an advantage.
