Role Description

The Finance and Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role involves leading the finance and accounting team, monitoring expenditures, and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning and resource allocation efficiently
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and advise on decision-making processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage team performance effectively
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Certification in CPA, CMA, or a similar qualification is a plus
