The role of Finance & Accounting Manager involves overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing budgets and financial forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior management in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of financial accountability within the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree and has between 5 to 10 years of experience in finance or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, budget management, and financial planning. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, critical thinking, and time management abilities are also required.
