We regard our charcoal briquette product as a work of art crafted by the combination of the natural riches of Indonesia and the collective minds of industry and market pioneers determined to surpass all competition local and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily bank positions, approve payments, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
2. Oversee and control the financial statement closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
4. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and financial performance reporting.
5. Coordinate with external and internal auditors for financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
6. Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance processes, including corporate income tax and VAT.
7. Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
8. Supervise accounting and finance staff to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
9. Ensure compliance with PMA (Foreign Investment Company) financial regulations and transfer pricing documentation.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., supply chain, HR, operations) to optimize cost efficiency and support company objectives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, master’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 7–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in managerial role
Preferred background: Experience in PMA (Foreign Investment Company) and familiar with transfer pricing
Language: Fluent in English (oral and written)
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and auditing
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
3. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and MS Excel
4. Leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and placement location (Semarang).
