Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance and Accounting Manager PT. Rusky Aero Indonesia
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, and etc.
- Collecting & checking the completeness of the documents of the purchase of goods and services
- Receive checking accounts from finance, bank reconciliation
- Making vouchers for payments / cash distribution, current accounts, and making supplier payments
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Preparing financial analysis of all accounts
- Responsibile to handle daily bookeeping / journaling
- Checking recap of cash reimbursements
- Preparing weekly & monthly report & balance sheet reports
- Preparing tax report & inventory processing if necessary
- Preparing cash flow statements, and other related financial documents by request
- Had experience dealing with pph 25 & 26
- Had experience with company auditor (internal nor external auditor)
- Creating Proyeksi Laba & Rugi
- Making Monthly / Yearly Budgetting
- Handling Cashflow
- Have Diploma / Bachelor degree within the related field
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in holding company and similar background
- Have experience working in aviation industry is a big plus
- English both oral and written is a must
- Have high initiative and good analytical skill
- Have good knowledge in MS Office
- Excellence understanding & practices in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
- For Yogyakarta, Sleman - Ngaglik position
