PT Christy Ng Indonesia is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations in the fast-growing fashion retail industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Finance & Accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate store sales, inventory, payment, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Experienced in handling multi-store/retail transactions and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
