Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage group financial consolidation and ensure timely and accurate consolidated reporting.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax planning and reporting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting under IFRS and group financial consolidation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IAS 37, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Previous working experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is one of the primary requirements for this position.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
