1. Prepare and Manage Budgets.
Create financial plans and monitor expenditure realization periodically.
2. Prepare Financial Reports.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports in a timely manner and according to standards.
3. Manage Cash Flow.
Ensure the availability of funds for operational needs, investments, and payment of obligations.
4. Direct and supervise the performance of the Finance and Accounting Team.
Control bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and operational reports.
5. Manage Company Taxation.
Ensure tax compliance, timely tax reporting, and optimize tax obligations legally.
6. Provide Reports and Analysis to the Board of Directors.
Provide financial data and analysis as a basis for strategic decision-making by management.
7. Follow Up on Invoices, Reconcile Operational Data, Monitor Fuel Usage, and Check Customer Prices.
8. Being able to speak Mandarin is preferred (salary can be negotiate)
