We're hiring Finance & Accounting Lead
Location: Cipete, South Jakarta
Working Arrangement: Full WFO, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans to support sustainable business growth.
- Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and emerging business issues, then provide proactive recommendations to management.
- Act as a financial business partner to the CEO by translating financial data into practical insights for decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and team performance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a Senior Staff or Coordinator role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business operations.
Able to spot financial risks, anticipate future challenges, and recommend practical solutions based on data.
Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.
Willing to Work From Office in Cipete, South Jakarta
