Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare supporting documents for payments and reimbursements.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Organize accounting and finance documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Assist with tax documentation and administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry and financial analysis as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and Indonesian taxation (VAT/WHT is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas); familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Jurnal, or Xero) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Responsive, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are an advantage.
- Available for a full-time internship of 3–6 months (or based on company requirements).
