Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance & Accounting Executive PT. Tiara Hana Indonesia
As a Finance & Accounting Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Tiara Hana and Khastana Hadi Group. This includes managing accounts receivable, assisting in accounting operations, overseeing cash flow, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting finance administration tasks. Working closely with the Finance Supervisor, you’ll ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and smooth day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable & Revenue Tracking
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor aging of receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Customer Care to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of client transactions and payment history.
2. Accounting Operations
- Support general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Help prepare financial statements and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Support
- Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash requirements.
- Prepare and update cash flow reports for management.
- Suggest improvements to enhance collections and optimize cash position.
4. Bank & Account Reconciliation
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable, receivable, and other ledgers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
5. Financial Reporting & Excel Analysis
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) for financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track receivables, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate data inputs.
6. Finance Administration
- Maintain organized records of invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to gather financial information.
- Support audit preparations and documentation.
7. Supervisor & Team Collaboration
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Supervisor.
- Assist in developing and implementing finance processes and improvements.
- Complete ad-hoc finance or accounting tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a finance and/or accounting role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
