Deskripsi pekerjaan FINANCE & ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE PT IBS Meditech Berjaya
- Identify and record company financial transactions into accounting software correctly and ensure all transaction data is recorded in the system and according to standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (income statement and balance sheet).
- Create cash flow statements and control the company's expenses and income.
- Provide financial information to all departments within the company.
- Collect and analyze data for future financial forecasts of the company.
- Conduct internal financial audits to ensure financial standards are applied.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the appropriateness of the company's cash balance.
- Documenting all company financial transactions both online and offline.
- Experienced in providing PPH21/PPH23/PPN/Form 1721-A1/1721-A2.
- Experienced in Year-end Tax Calculation / SSP Payment / SPT Reporting.
- Diploma's degree in Tax/Management/Accounting/Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or tax.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, attention to detail and organized.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
