Position: Finance & Accounting
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle tax reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax audits when required.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Support external audits by providing financial data and ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
