Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance and Accounting Associate PADI Padel Club
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Recording & Recapitulation
- Record all daily income and expense transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare weekly income/expense recapitulation reports for management review.
- Maintain organized and complete financial documentation (receipts, invoices, vouchers).
- Reconcile daily cash and digital payment settlements (QRIS, EDC, bank transfers).
2. Cashier & Budget Request Function
- Act as the club's cashier: manage petty cash, process incoming payments, and issue payment receipts.
- Prepare and submit budget request forms to the Club Manager or Finance Director as needed.
- Ensure all disbursements are properly authorized, documented, and traceable.
- Monitor cash position and flag any shortfalls proactively.
3. Budget Control & Monitoring
- Serve as the budget control tower: track actual spending versus approved budget lines in real time.
- Prepare monthly budget variance reports highlighting over/under-spend with explanations.
- Flag potential budget overruns early and propose corrective actions to management.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual budget planning cycles.
4. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain the general ledger: journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet tie-outs.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ensure all entries comply with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK ETAP / PSAK).
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly management reports summarizing financial performance.
- Assist in annual financial audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Support tax compliance activities (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN) in coordination with the tax consultant.
- Ensure all filings and regulatory submissions are completed accurately and on schedule.
6. Ad Hoc Financial Support
- Support pricing analysis, revenue forecasting, and cost efficiency reviews as needed.
- Assist the Club Manager with financial data required for investor or stakeholder reporting.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal financial SOPs and controls.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and basic financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal.id, or QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data.
- Good communication skills — able to present financial information clearly to non-finance staff.
