Deskripsi pekerjaan FINANCE & ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER PT. Gelimang Artamas (Toscana Italian Restaurant)
PT. Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Support payroll reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance & accounting team.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
