Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager PT LAXCEN WINTECH KALINGGA
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring compliance company policies and financial regulations.
- Stay abreast of local accounting regulations and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial reporting standards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesia accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Miccosoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, understanding Chinese is a plus
