Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Administrator Indo-Ned Consultancy

Indo-Ned Consultancy is a business consulting company based in Kuta, Bali, working with clients from startups to international corporations. We are currently looking for a Finance Administration to join our team.

In this role, you will handle client-related financial processes, including quotations, invoicing, and payment tracking, while working closely with internal teams and clients. You will be part of a collaborative environment that supports your growth, where your attention to detail and communication skills will be continuously developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices, quotations, and payment status
  • Prepare and send proposals, invoices, and follow-up emails in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Monitor proposals and invoices, including follow-ups for updates
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure transactions and reports are accurate
  • Maintain organized records of payment and financial documents
  • Coordinate client inquiries to the relevant team and provide clear responses when needed
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and assist communication with local and international clients

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Taxation
  • Professional attitude with a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to draft clear and professional emails, proposals, and documents
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
