We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Candidates with a primary job are welcome to apply as long as able to work independently within flexible part-time hours (approx. 15 hours/week). This role is fully remote, you are free to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support the team by providing necessary finance-related documentation and information.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software (Xero and Excel) is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication in English.
Education and Experience
Relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
