We Are Hiring: Finance Admin
MASSHIRO&Co. is looking for a Finance Admin to join our team and keep our daily finance operations accurate, timely, and well organized.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit petty cash across HQ, stores, and e-wallets, making sure every transaction has valid supporting documents.
- Record all transactions in the ERP system (Odoo) and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Prepare the weekly cash position, A/R updates, and payment summaries for approval.
- Process vendor payments via internet banking and issue B2B sales invoices with complete tax documents.
- Manage finance correspondence and document filing, and support weekly inventory and monthly asset audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance administration or accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software (Odoo is a plus) and internet banking.
- Understanding of invoicing and tax documents, such as tax invoices and withholding tax proofs.
- Detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
