The role of Finance Admin involves supporting the finance department with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial records, and maintaining organized documentation. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Preferably having 1 year working experience in a related field
- Proficient in Ms. excel and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent communication skill, able to work individually or in a team
- Good personality, energetic, and analytical thinking
- Placement: Head Office, Surabaya
