This position involves managing financial transactions, records, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to finance. The Finance Administrator ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes while providing essential support to the finance department.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor accounts for payment discrepancies and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare accounts receivable and outstanding balance reports.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting, tax.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Account Receivable. Strong computer skills, MS Excel Particular.
- Enthusiastic in number and detail.
- Good administration & communication skills.
