Requirements :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in mining
- Proven experience as a Finance Admin / Senior Admin / Supervisor in a remote site / project-based environment.
- Hands-on experience in handling: - Petty cash management - Invoicing and client billing - Cost control and budget monitoring - Reimbursement and back charges
- Experienced in coordinating with operations, procurement, and head office teams.
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
- Used to working with financial closing and collection targets.
Specific Skill needed :
Hard Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Ability to perform financial reconciliation and prepare monthly reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Strong administrative and documentation control skills.
- Ability to manage site cash flow effectively.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills (supervising site admin team).
- Good communication skills, especially for cross-department coordination.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
