Finance & General Affair
Overview:
We are seeking junior level Finance, Accounting, and General Affair Staff to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, assist in administrative functions, and ensure smooth office management.
KPIs (5):
- Daily transaction entry completed before cut-off time (same-day entry).
- 100% of financial and GA documents properly archived monthly.
- Support monthly closing processes ontime
- Accuracy Rate: Minimum 90% error-free transaction entries
- Support Responsiveness: Respond to internal support requests within 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Support basic finance operations related to OPEX management and travel expenses.
- Support office administrative duties (e.g., supplies management, utility payment coordination, vendor communication).
- Maintain HR/Finance and Asset records filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and compliance documentation.
Requirement:
- Experience Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2 years Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office administration.
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems/software
- Soft Skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to learn.
