We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff(s) to join our team for our holding company/ Agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Manage tax calculations, filings, and ensure timely tax payments (PPh, VAT, etc.).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain cash flow efficiency.
- Assist in financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles.
- Experience in the agriculture industry (for agriculture company) or investment and corporate finance (for holding company) is preferred.
- Strong background in accounting and tax regulations will be a plus point
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Active proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)
- Willing to work mobile if needed
- Willing to be based in Ancol, Jakarta Utara
