Responsibilities:
· General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations.
· Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions.
· Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents.
· Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
· Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database.
· Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports.
· Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
· Completion of Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 1 years relevant work experience.
· Work experience from reputable audit firms or related position.
· Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
· Knowledge and hands on experience with Accounting Software.
· An analytical mind. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
· Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
