Bisma Group (Hijack Sandals, Akross, Karrot) is currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Finance Accounting.
📍 Placement: Bandung
🕒 Employment Type: Part Time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operational activities
- Prepare and maintain sales recaps from offline stores, online channels, and marketplaces
- Reconcile bank transactions and match incoming payments with sales transactions
- Perform accounts receivable administrative tasks and transaction tracking
- Process and maintain records of inventory transfers
- Assist in recording journal transactions and maintaining accurate financial data
- Process payment requests and conduct budget checking
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting monthly closing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, payment, and inventory data accuracy
- Provide administrative support for audit and tax-related processes when needed
Qualification:
- Final-year student or minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with accounting software (Jurnal, Accurate, SAP, etc.) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus
