Deskripsi pekerjaan FINANCE ACCOUNTING PT. DANGHUAN TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA
We are looking for a Finance professional to manage cash flow, payments, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
💼 What You’ll Do:
1. Record daily financial transactions (submission, payment, and filing).
2. Prepare monthly financial statements for internal use and Head Office, including Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Sales Reports.
3. Reconcile accounts and account balances.
4. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
5. Calculate, process payments, and prepare reports for PPh Article 21, PPh Article 23, PPh Article 4(2), and Value Added Tax (VAT).
6. Reconcile tax reports with financial statements.
7. Monitor updates and changes in tax regulations.
8. Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and examinations.
9. Coordinate with tax consultants and tax authorities when required.
10. Coordinate with related business partners (vendors/suppliers and customers).
11. Ensure accounting records comply with applicable accounting standards.
12. Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices.
13. Monitor and control monthly and annual budgets.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
3. Good understanding of taxation
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and having good communication skills
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team
7. Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
