Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance/Accounting AURORA NEXUS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

岗位职责:

1.日常账务处理: 负责公司的日常会计核算、凭证编制及账簿登记,确保财务数据录入的及时性与准确性。

2.税务管理与申报: 负责日常税务申报(增值税、企业所得税等)及相关税务清算工作,关注税收政策变化并进行合规化处理。

3.成本与资金管控: 监控各项费用开支,协助进行成本核算与分析;负责银行结售汇、日常资金调度及流水管理。

4.报表编制与分析: 负责定期编制资产负债表、利润表等财务报表,并对经营数据进行深度分析,为管理层决策提供数据支持。

5.内部审计与档案管理: 配合内外审计工作,负责财务凭证、账簿、报表及其他会计资料的整理与归档管理。

岗位要求:

1.专业背景: 财务、会计、审计或相关专业本科及以上学历,持有初级/中级会计师职称者优先。

2.实操能力: 熟练使用金蝶、用友或 SAP 等 ERP 财务软件,以及 Excel(如 VLOOKUP、数据透视表)等办公工具。

3.综合素质: 工作细致严谨,具备良好的职业道德和原则性,抗压能力强。

4.语言沟通: 此岗位需要能够使用汉语或英语进行日常沟通和书面汇报。

5.需要三年以上的报税经验

Job Responsibilities

1.Daily Accounting Operations: Responsible for daily accounting reconciliation, preparing vouchers, and maintaining ledgers to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data entry.

2.Tax Management & Filing: Handle routine tax filings (VAT, CIT, etc.) and related tax clearance work; monitor changes in tax policies to ensure compliance.

3.Cost & Treasury Control: Monitor various expenses and assist with cost calculation and analysis; manage bank settlements, foreign exchange, daily fund scheduling, and cash flow tracking.

4.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Periodically prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.) and conduct in-depth analysis of operating data to provide decision support for management.

5.Internal Audit & Documentation: Assist with internal and external audits; responsible for the organization and archiving of financial vouchers, ledgers, reports, and other accounting documents.

Job Requirements

1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related majors; Junior/Intermediate Accountant certification is preferred.

2.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ERP software (such as Kingdee, Yonyou, or SAP) and office tools, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

3.Professional Attributes: Meticulous and rigorous working style; strong professional ethics and integrity; ability to perform under pressure.

4.Language & Communication: Proficient in Chinese or English for daily communication and written reporting.

5. 3+ years of professional work experience required.
