About the role
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. Abadilestari Celebes Bahari' in Depok, Jawa Barat. This full-time position will play a crucial role in our Accounting & Financial Reporting department, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of our company.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Do daily finance job
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements
- Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of the financial records
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including the timely submission of reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support business operations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably have experience using Accurate Accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Candidates must reside in Depok or nearby areas ( office hour: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm )
