As a Finance, Accounting, and Administrative professional, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. You will also support daily administrative operations, including document management, data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields
Strong understanding of financial administration and basic accounting principles
Able to prepare and analyze financial reports accurately
Experienced in handling administrative tasks and document management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy in handling confidential data
