Responsibilities
- Manage Revenue & Account Receivable processes including Billing and Cash Collection, tax invoices (faktur pajak), journal entries, and general ledger reporting.
- Coordinate with Sales and Project Manager for billing and resolve payment or billing discrepancies with customers.
- Support monthly tax compliance and reconciliation (VAT, WHT) by working closely with our tax consultant.
- Monitor petty cash, cash flow and receivables, including preparing weekly cash collection forecast
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end-closing activities to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures, and support audit processes (internal/external) including ad-hoc needs (tax restitution, due diligence).
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably with exposure in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes (AR, AP, Tax, and GL) and experience in billing and collection.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations (VAT, WHT, and related compliance).
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
