Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance & Accounting (Temporary / Maternity Cover) Flash Express Group
Placement : Bellaterra Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting using accounting system.
- Handle payment processing to vendors and internal parties
- Prepare, issue, and manage tax invoices (e-Faktur)
- Prepare and submit:
- Monthly Tax Returns (SPT Masa) including PPN and PPh Unifikasi
- Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan)
- Perform tax reconciliation and tax equalization between: Accounting records, Tax reports, Financial statements
- Prepare and support financial statements
- Prepare documents and data for tax audit.
- Handle banking administration
- Bank user maintenance and coordination with banks
- Provide support to Finance Supervisor as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Taxation
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
- Hands-on experience in:
- Issuing and managing Coretax
- Preparing and filing SPT Tahunan Badan
- Preparing and filing Monthly SPT (PPN & PPh Unifikasi)
- Performing tax equalization
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation
- Prior experience in tax audit
- Strong capability in financial reporting
- Experience dealing with external auditors and tax consultants
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work on a temporary contract for 3 month (maternity cover), join ASAP
