Job Description
1. Financial Management
- Manage company cash flow, bank transactions, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process and record daily cash, bank, sales, and purchase transactions.
- Conduct regular bank and cash reconciliations.
- Manage fund allocation and monitor company assets.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare general ledger, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Evaluate financial performance and support cost control activities.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Calculate, pay, and report corporate taxes, including PPh and PPN.
- Ensure transaction documents are valid and properly archived.
- Ensure financial records comply with applicable regulations.
5. Team Supervision
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of finance and accounting staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, AR/AP, budgeting, and taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or Kingdee.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, leadership, and communication skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
