FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX

Job Description

1. Financial Management

• Manage company cash flow, bank transactions, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Process and record daily cash, bank, sales, and purchase transactions.
• Conduct regular bank and cash reconciliations.
• Manage fund allocation and monitor company assets.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare general ledger, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare budgets and monitor operational expenses.
• Evaluate financial performance and support cost control activities.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Calculate, pay, and report corporate taxes, including PPh and PPN.
• Ensure transaction documents are valid and properly archived.
• Ensure financial records comply with applicable regulations.

5. Team Supervision

• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of finance and accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, AR/AP, budgeting, and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or Kingdee.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, leadership, and communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates residing in North Jakarta or within a 5–10 km radius of the workplace are preferred.
